Sounds like a body control module problem, they fail quite frequently on those cars. You first need to check the battery and the connections if you have not done so already. If that is ok then the next step would be to use a diagnostic scan tool and test for codes in the body and powertrain systems, they will usually point to where the problem is. This would also show if the body control module is failing when the problem is occurring, by seeing if the scan tool can communicate with it. If there is no communication the the body module is the failure. This module is very easy to change, but has to be programed with the proper equipment.

SOURCE: clicking noise when trying to start car, battery is ok, wont start

That Clicking is the Battery causing it not to Start. You need to Replace that Battery or at Least put a Charger on it for a Couple of hours to see if you can Salvage it for a While.

SOURCE: Shifter stuck in park!

you have to take off the plastic all around the gear shifter. You can wedge a screw driver carefully around the edges and pry the plastic off then there is a screw on the shifter take that off and slide the top off and then take off the rubber until the whole shifter is exposed then you will see in the cavity on the right side a little metal round tab on a spring that you have to push in with a screw driver and it will release the shifter. Good luck

What makes my 2001 chevy silverado airconditioning make a hissing sound when my air is on

Check the bearing in the end of the blower motor. They go bad and make a noise and over time will start rubbing and squealing like crazy.

Clicking noise turning right

Could be a tire hitting the inner fender skirting. Check both front tires to see if they are clean/scraped right at the tread and side. This is a good indication that the tire is rubbing something. Also, since your turning right, you put more weight of the vehicle on the left side. You might want to check the front and rear wheel bearings on the left. I've heard them click before, but only under pressure.

Engine won't start, starter makes rattling sound

sounds like the battery disharged. If the key was on along with the lights than 20 minutes would be enough to drain the battery. Try a jump start. it should get you going. I would have the battery tested after driving for at least an hour at highway speeds just to make sure it is good.

My 2003 Grand Marquis just clicks when I try to start it and won't start.

Possibly needs a battery. Have the battery tested by an auto parts store. If battery tests good then problem is most likely the starter.

Bcm problem?

This sounds like a you are having a voltage problem. Have the charging system checked. A bad battery or poor alternator output can cause this. When voltage starts dropping below about 9 volts all kinds of crazy electrical things can happen and they can be anything and anywhere.

Car hissing sound

The noise maybe the p/s pump fluid return,GM had some problem with this but nothing bad. GM makes a resticter that goes in the return line of the pump, it will slow the fluid down going back in the pump stopping the hissing sound.
