I have a problem with my ve ss losing coolant took rad cap off fill up and the coolant runs straight out near the overflow

meant to do that
see what fitting a new cap does

my guess you are filling the radiator part up too much

leave it a bit low for expansion and to let fluid re-enter from the overflow by the radiator cap

Where is the right hand front window relay and module on a ve ss commodore located

All the windows motors are controlled through the same central module referred to as the BCM. So it is very likely you either have a defective window switch (unlikely) or a defective window motor or broken window lift regulator.

009 Ve commodore changed oil and car started blowing black smoke and missing was told to put a bit of injector cleaner in now it's blowing white smoke and missing

oil change wont be the cause of the fault

missing could be
a plug , loose plug wire or coil pack
or the DFI below the coil pack

Have a vt ss changed heater valve, radiator, welsh plugs and thermo. car is still loosing water and overheating why?

Get the cooling system pressure tested to locate the leak. The heater core could be leaking (is the carpet wet?), or it could have blown a head gasket (does it blow bubbles in the radiator?).
