Sounds like the speaker needs to be replaced. I just replaced my speakers in my 01 silverado ext. cab with phoenix golg 6.5 inch subs and tweeters (a component set of speakers) and love the sound (RSD65CS is part number) www.dealercostcaraudio.com has them on sale for $59.00 I paid $75.00 www.woofersect.com has them on sale also for $59.99

2009 Chevy Colbalt. Speakers

most probable answer is a bad wire connection. Check the wires that go to the door to the speaker. If they are ok, then check the back of the radio.

2004 cadillac devile left speaker front no working

Depends on which sound system you have - BOSE systems in Devilles have two left front speakers!
If it's an amp problem, you will have an error code (DTC) set which you can see with a code scanner.
Check to see if the L/R balance control is working properly - cycle it a few times to make sure there are no dead spots.
If it's the door speaker, it is probably water damaged or it has open coil wiring and will need replacing.

Radio on but no sound

i have a 1994 eagle vision, with the premium sound system (infinity) and yes you do have a amp in your car if you have that sound system and its in the trunk of your car to the left while looking at your trunk from the back of the car :) also if you tryed putting in diffrent speakers other then stock thats your problem you have to rewire new speakers cant use old wiring because it goes threw the stock amp and for some reason the stock amp only works with the stock speakers :P
