easy to test with vom, just check from terminal on injector to ground if one reads different thats the problem, you do need to disconnect wire to check, my help is free and will be glad to help further just vote fixa..LOL my rating is all I care about. Hope yu can help me too.

i had a 99 dodge cummins do about the same thing and mine was the crank position senser located behind the starter,but find out if the code matches that as senser is not cheep.hope this will help you.

If no CEL you must take this to a dealer for trouble shooting. Double check battery connections and all fluids. May just be a safety issue preventing self destruction. Good luck..

your code is PCM/ECM power input signal intermittent. this is ussually a sign of a bad connection whether it be in a connector or a short or brake in a wire.
