All of the power window controls are not working, is there a reset somewhere, also the blower motor quit working at the same time

Hello Travis.
If yours is dual zone, I believe the resistor (blower control module) is a solid state. Did you check it using the fan speed selector and test the voltage output on the purple wire?
The gray black wire going into the resistor is a variable voltage output from the heater control panel. This signal is amplified by the resistor/blower control module.
The black wire out of the resistor also needs proper good ground.
There is a fuse in the underhood relay/fuse panel that feedback from the resistor output to the blower (purple wire) is also fed back to the heater control panel. Verify this fuse is good.

When blower motors go bad they will often absorb a lot of electrical current. This current has to go through the blower control/resistor and will often burn them out due to the heat developed from the high current load.
These resistors are also mounted in the airflow out of the fan motor to help cool them so if the fan is still drawing current and not blowing the resistor overloads and burns it out.
Not sure how you tested the resistor but I suspect yours is faulty.

There is a blower relay behind the glove box. This relay is your problem. The next time that the blower does not come on take your hand and bump the dash next to the glove box. The fan should come on. You have to bump it pretty hard. But 99 times out of 100 the relay is the problem.

I first thought it was a common fuse relay that fed both those circuits but after looking at the schematics they are separate 20A fused window and 30A fused blower motor fed through a resistor pack. There is a separate 10A fuse that does illumination of heat selector speeds.

My blower motor quit working changed blower and now it runs all the time even with key off worked fine before blower went out the fuse had also blown what could cause it to run all the time now

Most would say it is the Blower Motor Resistor or a relay..And possibly the dash heater control knob..However it is running all the time even with key off..This means it is getting power all the time from somewhere..It sounds as if wiring is crossed..Did you have to change wiring plug in connectors..?..

you may have a short.look for burnt,bare,loose wire form the power window unit to fuse box.same for blower motor to fuse box.its a lot to cover but be therough.

Blower operation is handled by the HVAC control module which gets its power from the 10A HVAC fuse in the instrument panel fuse block. There is a blower motor control processor that gets its power from the 30A BATT MAIN 4 fuse in the underhood fuse block. The HVAC control module sends speed signals to the blower motor control processor which turns on the blower motor at the selected speed. Note that there is no relay involved. If you check the fuses and check the path to the blower motor you may find that the motor is OK and the trouble is somewhere else

Fan motor blower not working

According to the wiring diagram, there are only three components to the system. The blower motor, the resistor, and the speed control switch.
The resistor gets power from the switch which is powered by a 25amp fuse. On high setting the resistor is bypassed and the blower motor gets power from a 30amp circuit breaker. The blower is grounded to the body. The fuse is hot in the "run" position and the 30amp breaker is hot all the time.
So you should have power at the blower motor on one of the settings and a direct ground on the black wire.

You're accumulating problems over time.They're not related.

The heat/air blower fan problem is a bad blower (variable) resistor n the blower fan control.

The power windows are either fuses blown or regulator motors dead - check your power accessory fuses and go from there to check the regulator motors - try junk yard(s) before paying for as new window regulator.

The intermittent feature of the wipers - check/replace the switch that controls this feature (the most likely cause).

THe problem with ALL your dashboard electrical items failing at once, then coming back to life after a restart is a 12V breaker (not a fuse) in your fuse panel - it looks like a relay, but your maintenance manual (Haynes Manuals - $20 everywhere) will identify it as a breaker - its sticking in the "off" state and needs to be replaced, OR I SUSPECT THAT: moisture gets into the car somewhere and causes the breaker to TRIP to prevent the resultant short from burning up your mini-van in a brightly-lit vehicle fire, and when you turn the van on, the breaker is tripped - you restart the vehicle,(which turns out to be the proper procedure to reset a 12V breaker), and the breaker resets, and you drive off with working dashboard controls.

We have a 2000 jeep cherokee. The blower has quit working good except for on the highest setting. Also when we try to get the power windows down they will not work. Could these things be related?

They aren't related but i think i can tell you why there happening...The blower motor has a Blower motor resistor this is located on the passenger side directly below the glove box i believe there is a cover that you have to remove to see it. once you remove this cover you will see where the blower motor is being held, what your looking for is a 4-5 wire plug thats held in by 2 5/16 bolts remove this with the power off as soon as you take it out you will know if its burned out or not just by looking at the coils, each coil is a measure of resistance the bigger coils should have a break in it somewhere.
As for the power windows, these widows have a separate circuit power there should be a fuse panel located bottom right foot of the pass side front seat, you may need your owners manual to find which fuse. If the fuse is still good i would make sure that none of the power windows switch's are stuck in the up or down position, because if they are stuck the can trip. All the power to your power widows comes into the driverside master control may have a lose connection...good luck hope this helps

Heater/ A/c blower wont work circuit breaker wont reset

If the circuit breaker trips as soon as you reset it, then you have a dead short somewhere. It can be in the wiring or the blower motor may be bad. Another possibility is a shorted blower motor speed control or blower motor resistor pack.
