There should be guide holes in the bumper for you to mount the plate. It's recommended to mount a backing piece and then mount the place onto the backing for sturdiness. If there are no holes, you can just screw two holes into the bumper

SOURCE: location of cabin air filter
It can have a cabin air filter, but most vehicles ship without it.
Either way, you can access the cabin air filter housing by opening the glove box all the way (squeeze the sides so it clears the stops).
The filters are around $15 at the dealer.
Whether or not there's a cabin filter installed, make sure you're also following Chrysler's recommendations in the owner's manual—running the air on recirculate all the time will encourage mold and bacteria to grow.

Your Jeep uses a H.O.A.T engine antifreeze that is pink in color. It is not recommended that you mix any other type of antifreeze with the H.O.A.T. Any Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep dealership stocks this type of antifreeze and it is sold already mixed with water. The cost is around $14.00 a gallon.
Do Not Mix any other antifreeze.

start the engine).

within 10 seconds.
3. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF/LOCK position.
