Well you will have to have a vice and usually they arent hard to replace just a good hammer and a vice usually will do it once he takes the 4 bolts out of the rear of the drive shaft then pull it back to remove it from the transmission... Thanks Jerry

2003 Saturn Vue, noise when starting to drive, clunking noise. No vibration or noise if in drive with all 4 wheels off the ground.

vibration and clunking can be the drive shafts universal joints if its not clunking off the ground this is because there is no torque on the shats. this pressure is put on when moving the vehicle the vibration is it slipping around causing a balance problem. you would need to test them all to find the faulty ones any abnormal play in the universal joint like up and down movement etc. or clicking then their is a problem with this joint or joints.

Clunking/ticking noise during acceleration in 3rd and 4th gears

This sounds on the base of it to be pre ignition, if so the moment you take the foot off the gas it goes? The cure is to retard the ignition timing slightly, have you recently changed your octane of fuel? this will also cause this?
The noise is caused by the expansion of the compressed gases expanding before the piston reaches top dead centre causing the piston to \'rattle\' left unchecked will cause permanent damage and engine failure

Punto elx clutch pedal is clunking and vibrating when i drive away

You should replace the clutch kit !
The clutch disc is out of order because the pedal is clunking and vibrating. Probably also it shudders & smells of burning.
There is the risk of the car stopping on the road !
