My daughter purchased a 92 olds cutlass ciera - air conditioning

Just go to the auto store and add one can of R134a. Buy a cheap kit that has a hose and a gage. Add to the low pressure side with the engine running. The hose will only fit on the low pressure side anyway. Watch the gage to see if it stays on "OK" range.

report results.

It won't matter if you add R134a to an R12 system. You may need 2 cans. 14 oz each.

MY 1998 JAGUAR XJ8L IS TURNING OVER BUT WONT START. MY DAUGHTER HAS BEEN DRIVING IT AND SAID A "LOW OIL PRESSURE LIGHT WAS COMING ON. I JUST CHECKED THE OIL AND THERE IS NONE IN THERE!!! HOW MANY QUARTS...

Start with one quart but continue to put it in until the level reaches the full mark on the dipstick. Your car requires synthetic oil, 5/30w is fine, personally I wouldn't put synthetic in right away as I would check to see if it starts first and then if it does, change all the oil to synthetic asap. I say this only because there is no point pouring expensive oil into an engine that may require major repairs...which is possible if it was run low on oil for any length of time.

Hope this helps,
Dave

2001 BMW 330i..Fan for AC/vent not working?

it's either a fuse or it's a bad blower motor, it could be a bad blower motor resistor but usually you'll get either high or low only, so if you have nothing on any speed, high low etc, and all the fuses are ok chances are it's your blower motor.

The low pressure port is inside the right front wheel well on top of the dryer bottle, Turn your front wheels to the right and reach up behind the plastic guard just behind the front bumper
