With the fan on only (no A/C turned on) when starting our Hyndai Sonata often the air comintg out is freezing even thought the A/C indicator says it is off. That is tru whether the outside temperature is 50 degrees of 80 degrees.
When we turn the car off, we normaly turn off the A/C.
The dealer cannot find teh problem.

My 1990 525 has had electrical problems in the past. The same problem has happened again. The power windows, power locks, sunroof, radio and on board computer stopped working. I replaced relays under the back seat about a year ago and it corrected the problem. It is happening again. I also experienced a melted fuse in the main fuse box in the engine compartment a few months ago where I had to break out the melted fuse so that I could get a new one in. It was fuse #25 which is a 30 amp fuse for the auxiliary fan. After cleaning the contacts and replacing, the fan worked again. I don't know if this is related to the window problem. The relay that was replaced to correct the window problem has a part #601.576. I don't remember if I replace both of them. They both now have discolored contacts. I don't know if this is from normal current flow or if they too are getting hot. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
