To remove the left motor mount place a jack under engine just as you done it before, unbolt the mount assembly from the frame, remove the engine mount through bolts attaching the rubber insulator to the frame brackets, jack up the motor and remove the rubber insulator, then remove the engine mount brackets from frame and engine To install back, attach the engine mount frame brackets to the mounts. Tighten the nuts just enough to hold them securely, Lower the engine slowly onto the supports. Tighten the engine support nuts to 74 ft. lbs. (100 Nm). Tighten the bracket bolts to 70 ft. lbs. (95 Nm).

You have to have a way of razing the engine weather its jacking or an engine lift from up top. Support the engine then unbolt the mount from the engine raise the engine unbolt from frame then pull the motor mount out. Put the new one in reverse of taking out. Take ex stream caution use jack stands and a backup engine support. Safety first.
