SOURCE: Front right turn signal

You need to replace the whole socket. Unfortunately I was told by an auto wrecker that the daytime running lights on the front of the intrigue heat up the plastic in the black socket your bulb sits in and the plastic melts and prevents a proper contact with the bulb. I got a replacement socket and bulb for $15 at the auto wreckers. Money well spent - it is easy to replace! Your bulbs are probably not burnt out.

SOURCE: Fuse for trailer right turn signal and brake blows intermittently

abad ground on that tail light unit could affect current load when turn and stop are used simultaneously. Although one side only is affected make sure of good grnd between trailer and tow vehicle. focust on the tail light unit in question. Replace the bulb. though rare, bulbs have been known to be the problem. If the bulb is breaking filiments ck the filiment orientation. filiments last longer in vertical orientation, where horizontal permits vibration to break the heated filiment when brake is applied.. good luck and let me know if This helped or not.

SOURCE: jeep - right turnsignal won't flash

Probably a bad ground on your front right signal, or a bad bulb. Try switching the right with the left, and see if the problem stays in the same place, or goes with the bulb.

1992 Nissan D21 , left turn signal dose not work , changed bulb and relay , still dose nor work. What next?

Next is probably the turn signal switch. If you have a voltmeter, however, you could be more likely to find the problem, using it to test for voltage at places in the circuit. So I guess you might also need a wiring diagram along with the voltmeter...

If you have neither a voltmeter or a wiring diagram, use logic to think the right turn works so the fuse is good, and if the right turn works, power is going to the switch, and out correctly for the right side, but seems nothing for the left, ( DID YOU CHECK NOT EVEN A BULB DIMLY LIT ON THE LEFT SIDE, FRONT OR BACK? AND ALSO THE LEFT TURN DASH INDICATOR IS NOT LIT?) If nothing lights up for left side, the power is probably lost right in the 25 year old turn switch. That's where you would check for power out (on the proper wires) with a voltmeter- no power means switch is bad. But if the power comes out of the turn switch for left side, then you have to look further along in the wiring , probably not far from the switch connector if the dash indicator bulb is also not lit....It probably is your turn switch.

Right hand side indicator keeps fusing

does the right hand turn signal keep blowing the fuse. if so, remove one bulb (back) and see if it still happens. if not replace the bulb and remove the other bulb (front). if it still happens it sounds like something in the signal light wiring is shorted. best place to check for shorts and easiest is the connectors itself.

My turn signal fuse blowed got new one now they dont work why

canada or USA, (diffr. laws, different wiring, even DRL up there)
station wagon or NOT?
THE TURNS FUSE BLEW OUT. 2nd time, 3rd,,,?????
that means the circuit is overloaded or shorted.! (prevents fire)
but did it blow a 2nd time, why not say so???

all 4 lamps dead. or stuck on, or flash odd. or what? dim?
does the cluster lamp flash, , in blink or emerg. mode?
wont work , means what, (dead or stuck on or dim)?????
do emergency flashers work? ,dead, stuck on what?
does car drive perfect day or night?
are any other things on car dead, of odd acting?
we see all this , 1st 5 min in a shop, zero here.
ive answered Forenza blinks here, many times.
ever search?

ill now answer by guessing USA non stationwagon and no DRL.
dash box fuse 4 kills blinkers

EF1 (engine fuse) 1 good?
dash fuse 14 and EF1 can kills emerg. flasher

so of Emergancy flash lamps blows fuse 14,(smaller of 2)
then the blinkers are in fact shorted.
does it?
if yes, then find out which side blows the fuse 3.
turns left blow or turns right blows.
so if say turns right blows, F4 fuse.
if true ?remove all bulbs front rear right bulbs.
does the fuse hold now,(means not blown)
then buy new lamps there. problem solved
bulbs can in fact short.
not just blow open.
Tell the full story and all this gets easy.
For sure emergency flash,

Why does my turn signal/ hazard light fuse keep blowing out

you have a short in one of the light sockets or a worn wire from the wiring harness. could be the flasher assembly. are the turn signals different bulbs from the brake lights? Does using the brakes blow the fuse? (Rear lights or brake light switch on brake pedal). left or right turn signal blowing the fuse will tell which side has the short. 4 ways only, replace the relay.

My left turn signal works fine, why when I turn the right signal on it blows the fuse.

Remove the right front and rear turn signal bulbs. If it still blows a fuse take it to your mechanic to find / fix the short circuit. If it does not blow the fuse, replace the bulbs. You may of course also replace the bulbs one at a time to narrow it further as to which one.

Nissan pulsar 2000 model no tail lights working fuse keeps shorting out can i get a wiring diagram off the internet

Before getting too involved, first remove all the stop and taillight bulbs, and see whether the fuse remains intact. It may be necessary to remove the front clearance bulbs as well.
If the fuse still blows, carefully inspect all the bulb sockets for signs of wires touching. Repair anything you see.
If I remember right, there is a set of connectors within the boot (trunk) of the car. If the problem persists, disconnect all of them. Try the fuse blowing bit again.
If it still blows, the problem must be between the switch and the rear.
If you have one, an ohmmeter check between the "dead" contact of the fuse holder (no fuse fitted)and chassis ground may show a dead short. Tyring each of the connectors in the boot in a similar manner may isolate one particular wire. Then you know what colour wire you are looking for.
Then it's just a matter of tracing the wiring loom back (I think it runs under the floor coverings from memory?), until you find the damage.
A wiring diagram won't really help, lights are always wired in a simple circuit. Somewhere the wire from the switch will split to go to the other light(s), and a short could be in the second or other wire.
I have seen shorts occur even IN light bulbs... so if the fuse doesn't blow after removing the bulbs, check each one before replacing!
