I had exactly same problem. I could not use my GPS or charge my cell phone.
In front of the driver sit, there are actually 2 fuse boxes. You probably found the first one. A second one is located above well hidden. Once you find it, you'll find the fuse you are looking for.

its fuse 46 and it should be a 15 amp according to the manual as i have the same car as you hope this helps

For the cigarette lighter fuse on uk models ford focus there is another 'hidden' fuse box behind the glove box.
Just unscrew three screws at the hinge of the glove box.
Replace fuse 35 which is a 15amp fuse.

Brake and clutch assemblies should be cleaned using a vacuum cleaner recommended for use with asbestos fibers such as brake/clutch/service vacuum. The bag must be labeled per osha instructions, sealed, and the trash hauler notified as to the bag's contents.
If a vacuum suitable for asbestos is not available, cleaning should be done wet. If dust generation is still possible, technicians should wear government-approved toxic dust purifying respirators.
2.Remove the wheel and tire assembly.
3.Remove the W-spring.
4.Remove the M-spring.
5.Remove the disc brake caliper locating pins (2B296). 6.Remove the front disc brake pads and shims from the disc brake caliper (2B120).
7.Compress the caliper piston completely into its BORE NOTE: Apply a thin layer of Silicone Brake Caliper Grease and Dielectric Compound D7AZ-19A331-A Motorcraft WA-10 or equivalent meeting Ford specification ESE-M1C171-A to both sides of the perforated shim only.
