Question about Renault 181
Hi it sounds very like the head gasket is leaking between the cylinders that lets water into the bores hence the steam out the back it will only get worse best get it sorted soon

Go to a Renault dealers and they will be able to help you. Main dealers have machines that can read the codes. They will charge you so you might want to ring them up and ask for a price first.

SOURCE: no hot air in car
are you sure the thermostat in engine ok and the heater lines have been flushed out and the prestone level ok with good prestone if all this is good and you have circulation you can check the heater hoses going in car one should be hot and the other warm if this is ok then you have a vent inside car not opening or sticking some have vacume lines some cables and othersw electric motors to open and close i dont know what year you have but if its a cable you can unplug the cable and open close vent by hand then adjust the cable to work properly

Doesn't seem to do something, will get you into
a not so good situation
Why are you using it vs: finding out the cause of the steam?
You either have a bad radiator or hose or some type
of leak being burned off on hot parts
Get involved & look it over
