Question about 1999 Volvo V70
The lines to the heater core may be leaking, or the heater core may be blocked, or split. try flushing the coolant system. If that magic fix the head gasket stuff was used, eh.. It may need flushed several times or replaced. I wish you good luck with your volvo, and hope it lasts forever! (owner of a 740 with very high miles!)
