Usually this is a problem with the Blower motor resistor. This part can be found by following the blower motor wiring from the fan to the underhood ductwork. Located inside the Firewall and attached through the Firewall, this cigarette package sized part is mostly hidden. What you will see is a wire leading to it and the head of the part attached with 2 screws.
This part fails for unknown reasons and can often be reactivated with a tap of a broom handle. If unsuccessful, you will need to replace it. There may be clearance problems with a water hose coming off the rear of the engine.
The water line can be removed without significant loss of antifreeze if you follow this sequence. Unplug the electric wire. Remove mounting screws. Working on a COLD engine, loosen the hose clamp.
Now have your new part located where you can grab it with 1 hand. Your second hand will fold over the disconnected heater hose so that it does not drain. (You can use both hands to disconnect the heater hose,) Then switch the old and new part without worrying about tightening it down yet.
Reconnect the heater hose. Clamp it, then finish tightening the new part.
If this fails to repair the problem, your Electronic A/C has a diagnostic feature. But you need activation procedures for your specific unit and a translation for what the results are. After that, you would need location and replacement info. It may be a big job.
The good news is that the diagnostic scan could easily be done within 3 minutes. So an accommodating Dealer could do it free as part of estimating repair costs.
I hope you find my info helpful.
