SOURCE: noise coming from engine
are you getting oil pressure when the car is warm have you changed the oil recently or is it overdue if you have an oil pressure gauge on your dash check to make sure you are getting propper oil pressure as this is what it sounds like you are losing oil pressure and your valves are tapping.

SOURCE: loud clicking noise
It sounds like one of your pistons are bad as in the connecting rod pin's to the piston is loose and your getting to much internal engine pressure, that's why your getting lot's of oil coming out the top if your engine. Sorry for the news friend but time to retire the car, the cost is going to be greater to repair then replace.
