it sound to me like the modual has fried it self in the distributor if it has you will have no spark or fuel pulse . have you checked the ignition fuses

Accessory position is turning key towards he driver. Ignition on is away 1 and start is away2.

Check the body control module located on the drivers side above the brake
pedal. It is a black box very easy to change. You can find them online
from 60 to 100 dollars.
Conversely it could also be the multifunction switch. This is a little black box near the end of your turn signal level underneath the steering wheel cover. It can cause a ticking noise to be randomly heard and cause your parking lights to flicker or stay on, draining your battery. The switch can cost $800 dollars to replace. However, the unit can be cleaned and repaired with contact cleaner and compressed air.
