This is a Code for the Evap system. Check your gascap. Then look at the Black canister under the hood. There can be an electric valve on some systems which may not open or a hose to the canister may have fallen off. These hoses can run to the fuel tank.
If the inspection does not reveal any obvious problems you may need a test called a smoke test which takes a special machine.
It can find holes in the system.

engine light comes on and off, these are indication that there is some
error code stored in your vehicles ECM. The engine module computer
needs to be scanned. These will give the code and as per the error code the
further problem can be detected and confirmed. The engine light
indicator blinks or remains steady on dash when engine computer
noticed any problem with any engine electrically operated components.
