SOURCE: BLOWER MOTOR WILL NOT WORK
Try a new mopar fan resistor that is on the passenger side of the firewall, held in by two screws. if you take it out of the firewall you will see that one of the coil wires has melted/broken like a light bulb filament.
they are around $12.00 new .
you only need to unhook your car battery-losen the two screws-replace the wires in the same position on the new resistor- remount it back into the firewall. rehook the battery.
poor connections are common due to rust-corrosion on the five wires. baking powder and water mix on the connections. clean and coat with battery terminal sparay.

Remove the cover plate on the passenger side of the heater box, 3-4 screws.
Unplug the motor assembly, remove 3-4 more screws that hold the motor in place and pull it down from its position. Get an aftermarket motor and installed it in the original housing with the original squirrel cage.
Installation is the reverse of removal.

try picking up a blower motor resistor, about 10-20 dollars at a local part store. then check this blog out. I have replaced 4 in my 2004 dakota, Takes about 10 minutes to replace, located on passanger side of truck above floor.
