SOURCE: does my cooling system have a air bleeder valve? I

According to my data base it has one, but it doesn't give the location. The ones I've seen are located on the thermostat housing or on the engine close to it and they look like a brake bleeder valve.

Ford falcon gl xf model 1993 overheating

If it is a 4.1 alloy head crossflow then you may have an air blockage in your cooling system and the only way to check this is to undo the bleeder valve on the thermostat housing, start the engine with radiator cap off and once engine is at running temp it should have a steady stream of coolant (no air) coming out through bleeder but if it's intermittent with air and coolant at the same time then you have air in cooling system. To correct this fill radiator with engine still running and what bleeder till there is no more air and just coolant, close bleeder replace radiator cap and problem should be solved if not replace thermostat and follow the above instructions.

Failed OBDII Diagnstic trouble codes P0761 and O1744 What does this mean?

code P0761-
Possible causes - Low transmission fluid level
- Dirty transmission fluid
- Faulty shift solenoid 3 valve
- Shift solenoid 3 valve harness or connectors
- Shift solenoid 3 valve circuit is open or shorted
P0761 FORD Description Shift solenoid valve 3 is turned ON or OFF by the Transmission Control Module (TCM) in response to signals sent from the park/neutral position (PNP) switch, vehicle speed and Engine Control Module (ECM) (throttle opening). Gears will then be shifted to the optimum position. When is the code detected? The P0761 code is detected when the ECM has detected a mechanical fault with the solenoid energized, valve stuck off code O1744- is not a code these are the ones I have found that come close

Brakes won't bleed on ford windstar 2003.

Sounds to me like the proportioning valve might be tripped. Try opening the bleeder screws at all wheels and have an assistant stomp on the brake pedal (all the way to the floor) and hold the pedal down while you close all the bleeder screws. Continue with normal bleeding procedures. Stomping the pedal with all bleeders open equalizes the pressures and resets the proportioning valve, allowing the fluid to flow to all four wheels again.
