The doesn't want to start.camshafts are timed right and crankshaft fails to start.

If the crankshaft doesn't turn engine could be frozen. Try this put a socket on crankshaft bolt and use a breaker bar and try to turn it. The crankshaft should turn it may take a little strength. If it won't turn engine is frozen

Frozen radiator and possible frozen engine

depending on the temperature, blankets can work but you will need a few of them as its frozen up. also the engine could be damaged any way as ice expands and can crack the seals and the head and crank case. if the oil has frozen the temp has been well down to low, wind chill can contribute to even colder temperatures.

Wont start after replacing engine

Remember the engine is mounted on insulating rubber, so there has to be a ground strap between engine and chassis. Make sure the engine can be turned over by hand, and is not frozen from sitting. Use a voltmeter to determine if the starter draw is too high or low. Battery voltage should drop to 10 while cranking. If it does not drop, then bad ground, corroded terminals, bad solenoid, etc.
If it drops below 10, then engine frozen, shorted starter, bad battery, etc. If the battery is bad, then it will not return to 12 when you stop cranking.

AC clutch not engaging fuse or frozen clutch?

You could find out if the clutch is frozen or not by turning it by hand. Engine off. If not frozen it could be the fuse or it could be that there isn't enough refrigerant in the system. Also it is possible tHat the switch isn't working, check the relay too.

Water frozen in the engine what is the best way to get it melted when there is no opertunity to get in garage and temperature is below freezing?

I would say hairdryer or heated blanket. Where in the engine is the water frozen? Is it in the engine block or in the radiator. If in the block, then you may need new frost plugs in the engine block. If in the radiator, then you will want to run very hot water through the coolant system with the petcock unscrewed so water can drain out. Does the engine start? Can you run it so the engine heats up and melts the water?

maybe someone did spark plug wires and installed then with the wrong firing order.
causing the wrong cylinder to fire at the wrong time causing the piston to stop.

Charge battery, purchase new one if old one is no good, If your water is frozen the engine requires antifreeze at least 50/50 mix, and then try it
