Hi ryan that happened to me some years ago the way I got it free was get a blow lamp run it up and down along both sides of the head than get a strong but thin bar or good chisel and top it between the head and the engine but becarefull you don't dent or mark the head other wise you will have to get it scimmed at an engineering place I ended up having it skimmed but I separated it in the end regards brian

the color of the plastic plug does not matter... You will have two injector plugs with white/red and yellow wires - those two go to cyl#'s 1 and 3.
the other two plugs will have white and blur wires.. those two plugs go to injectors # 2 and 4.

You have to take apart the 4x4 hub to get to the lock nut for the bearings then you have to reome the hub and rotor assy,then you have to press the wheel studs out to remove the rotor,then reverse the process.

First, make sure your parking brake is off.
Remove the rear caliper and then the brake pad housing. In the center hub of the rotor the parking brake shoes are located. The may need to be loosen first. There is a hole between 2 of the studs you need to align at the bottom. Look in the hole with a flashlight and find the star wheel. Use a screw driver to turn the wheel up a few turns to loosen the parking brake shoes from the rotor hub.
After that there are 2 threaded holes in the rotor near the studs you put two 8mm bolts in and slowly tighten each and it will pull the rotor off the hub. They rust up pretty bad so use penetrating oil on them.

yes, you must remove the top panel on the fuse block the 80 amp fuse is bolted to the the fuse panel, hope this helps if not get back to me as i strive to be the best please rate my fix Thanks Ray
