Question about 2004 Buick LeSabre
I assume that you are talking about the sensor that reads pressure for you. The easiest way for me to find it is to crawl under the vehicle. It should be on the passenger, rear side of the engine, usually a few inches above the half shaft. I think mine was a 2 or 3 wire connection. Then I just used a cresent wrench to take mine out, and had the next one ready to go in so I didn't spill to much oil(mine always fail shortly after doing a fresh oil change).

You can disconnect the battery cables for a couple minutes which typically resets the ECM to some predetermined (default) settings which may make your vehicle run or respond slightly different than it currently does but as you drive the vehicle it will relearn and adjust as needed. If you prefer to wait awhile then it will turn off itself after several --several cycles of the ignition ;so long as the problem is fixed or no longer exists and there are no other problems.

The pressure sending unit is located on the passenger side rear of the engine just above and slightly to the left of the filter and filter housing.
