I hear a ticking/rattling sound somewhere in or around the engine of my 2006 suzuki Forenza. The faster the acceleration, the faster the sound seems to be. Any idea what would it be? This is my first...

Sounds like your valves are knocking. They can be adjusted pretty cheap.
Or you could do it yourself. Basically you drive the car to get it up to normal
operating temperature, then remove the valve cover and use a feeler gauge
to measure/adjust the clearance between the rocker arm and the camshaft.
You would need to know the proper clearance clearance.

If you get a Chiltons manual for your car at Oreillys, it tells you how to do it.
And it tells you the clearance you need that i mentioned before.

But an engine/head shop should be able to do it for a reasonable price.
