Question about Ford Ranger
Usually not a relay involved in the power windows, but a circuit breaker in the under dash fuse panel.
Check for power to the driver's window master switch-with key on, one wire to the switch should have power. If none, look for broken wires between the door opening. A ground wire from switch goes back into the cabin to a nearby ground-check that also.
Here's how to use a test light to check power and ground: clip test light ground to a metal bracket under dash Turn key on. Probe the master switch connector for one hot wire-the power feed for the master switch. If you have it, then find the ground wire terminal at the connector (probably a black wire, maybe brown, but probably a solid color-no stripes). Now hook up test light between the hot wire terminal and the ground terminal. Turn key to on. If ground is good, test light will light up. If ground is lost, the test light will not light.

See if you have power coming out of the master power window switch when a button is pushed down. Remove a door panel and check for power at the window motor with the switch pushed. If you do not have power it could be the master switch. Good luck.

if you have super crew in battery junction box fuse #601 30a fuse and fuse #103 50a if not super crew then fuse #110 30a and fuse #103 50a there is also check in the central junction box there is a #14 15a fuse. your power for the windows and back wnidows comes from the acc delay relay in the central junction box if you look at relay and jump or test for power, the 30 and 87 terminal if it works check the battery saver relay next to it with the #14 fuse. hope i didn't confuse you i get that alot lol.
