Hi guys. I'm at the end of my rope on this one. I have a 2004 Saturn ION with 148k miles.

have the fault codes read ( free at autozone)
problem more likely to be a problem crank/cam position sensor or sensor wire in the harness or connections

Hesitation where car felt like it bucked, check engine light went on

Go to an Autozone or Advanced Auto and have them read the code for free. The problem can be anywhere until you know the codes.

No check engine light? Take it to a parts store that will do a free code check (engine light). There's a lot of things that could cause your problem, from some minor vacuum leak (cracked vacuum hose etc.) to a throttle position sensor.

My 2005 kia sedona keeps stalling and now has started bucking while driving.. the check engine light comes on and then goes off again but the problem still remains it usually stalls at least 4 times while...

If you put your foot on the brake and your car stalls, that is a symptom of your brake booster going bad.

For it stalling on the freeway that could be a few different things, Idle Air Control Valve, the Mass air flow sensor

Run a vacuum test. Start motor and try to rev a little. If the vacuum drops it could be a plugged cat or muffler, some type of exhaust restriction. Vacuum should pull steady at 15 to17 inches at idle. This is just one possibility.

2000 Celica GT-S. Engine 'bucking' anywhere from idle to wot

locate the mass air flow sensor. it's located inline with the air intake. it should be right after the air filter. disconnect the plug and see if the car runs better. also, when tapping on it lightly on the sensor with a screwdiver handle and the engine skips, could also indicate a bad sensor. these sensors will not always set the check engine light. suspecting the fuel system is also a possibility

95 maxima rough idle

The injector could definitely trigger a misfire code, but you also mentioned that you had a mass airflow sensor code , that code code be responsible for te sluggish moment of the vehicle and rpm going up and down. However if you have a misfire onCyl#6 and the coil and the plug is good the ONLY other thing to cause a mis-fire would be the injector. To check the injector get a NOID light, you can get one at almost any auto-parts place. To use unplug injector plug from the bad injector and connect it to NOID light the light should have a steady PULSE/ligt flickering. If light flickers fine then injector is bad and will need to be replaced. If light doesn't flicker or flickers intermittently then you may have a bad wiring to that injector. Check if wiring is good, then you may have a bad cam sensor or sensor gear. Good Luck and contact if you need more help. Thanks for using FIX YA

Idle probs

Check your idle control valve. You might have to replace it, 80-90 bucks new. Or see if there is an air leak from the intake manifold. had the same problem.
