Sounds to me like you have a loose connection or your blower motor is going bad. Does it happen when cooling and if just circulating air too?

SOURCE: 1991 190E cabin blower is intermittent at any

Most likely the contacts on the blower motor are worn. Search on line for a repair kit for the "brushes" or buy a new motor.

SOURCE: '97 Venture Van. Fan is not blowing no matter

Test the motor first, The wire to it is a hot positive wire and the motor's housing is the ground. If that works ok next check the resistor to see if its burnt out. Did you look at your fuses first?

SOURCE: I have a 1991 911 Porsche. The ABS Light comes on

This is all related to the vehicle speed sensor. This sensor sends information to the speedometer, abs, and wing computer. You need to get it replaced and it should fix all the problems.

My heater fan does not come at all on any speed

If your blower motor is not working on any speed then the blower motor itself is faulty. If it was working on hi speed only then it would be the resistor. Hope this helps..

My 1991 porshe 911 heater works well on passenger side but only cool air on driverside. Fan works fine.

For Porsche 911 1991 !! It looks like that your flapper stays closed on driverside. These flappers are controlled by servos hidden in front of windshield under the hood. There is a plastic cover. Take it off, there you see the servos. Start the car and move the levels that control the hot and cold direction up or down. You will see the servos move. If for any reason one does not move it might be the one which is defect! That could solve your problem! Got to John's Porsche 964 Web Webpage it tells you what and how to do!!
