Is this car know to crack a head when over heated

Over heating can cause a cylinder head to crack or burn a valve/gasket.

Overheating is a sign of a stuck thermostat, a blocked radiator/collapsed radiator hose .. or a cylinder head problem

First, check the dipstick for grey/creamy sludge. This means water/coolant has found its way into the oil system via a faulty head gasket/cylinder head problem.

Then .. if you know what you are doing .. do a compression test.

If you're not sure what you are doing .. give a mobile mechanic a call and ask his advice

How Do I stop a leak from the Brake Fluid Refill Cup?

My first thought is that perhaps the fluid is over-filled. There must be some air space left in the reservoir to allow for expansion. Check to be sure it is not over filled. If it is than remove the extra amount and the leaking should stop. There is a fill line on the side of the plastic of the reservoir. A plastic medicine sering works good for the removal. Beyond this either the cap or the reservoir are likely cracked or a brake line is not seated correctly.

After I drive my 1999 boxter the pasenger side exterior vent smells like a radiator and vapor comes out.

This is most likely leaking anti-freeze from the heater coil. Radiator Stop-Leak may help but replacement will likely be expensive. When replacing the heater coil, don't fail to rinse the plenum thoroughly. If you don't do this you will forever smell the anti-freeze....It does not evaporate ! That's why it is used. In the thirties and forties, alcohol was the anti-freeze of the day and it boiled off rapidly....results sere seized engine blocks or frozen systems. Thanks to DuPont for Prestone. Take care, Paul
