Question about 1992 Honda Accord
My Civic has 7 or 8 hoses to distribute coolant and some were in some pretty difficult to see spots. If your Honda is similar then there may be a hose leaking that you missed. There is also a bleeder valve to get the air out. If you didn't bleed it the last time you filled the radiator you will have the air pockets eventually get pushed to the radiator so it will LOOK like you are losing water. Also freeze plugs (assuming you have them) might have sprung a leak somewhere and they are always difficult to locate.
If it's the head gasket you can also use a vaccum tester and a cylinder leak down tester to further evaluate the condition of your head & valvetrain before tearing your engine apart. Good Luck
