91 f-150 5.0E.F.I.lost oil and freon & why

On this one, You will need to know where the water is leaking from and oil as well. Sounds like a hose or Tstat gasket. The oil leak cud be the gasket on the oil filter.

Heater core repeatedly leaks, changed 3 time in past 3 months and still no solution

You should probably pressure test the cooling system and the radiator cap to make sure it's releasing properly at the correct pressure, and to identify where any leak may exist. I would suggest that you bypass the heater core for the test first, then test once it's repaired & reconnected.

I've heard of this before due to a leaking headgasket, or small crack in the head/block as well as a bad radiator cap that won't release at the correct PSI.

Water leak from top of engine where it appears to have to plugs.

1993 Ford F150 SuperCab
1. The only location water would be coming from is radiator or power wash cylinders 2. When the truck cools down open up you radiator to see if its low on fluid, if so, you know you have a leak in one of the associated hoses 3. Check your fluids level for the windshield wipers, if it is extra low, you know it is the issue 4. This truck is known to run hot and it is possible that the upper radiator hose busted and needs to be changed out

Raditor over heating

change the thermostat first unless the radiator is leaking all the time. thermostat is located at the end of the upper radiator hose at the engine. do that first.
