SOURCE: I have a 2003 hyunda tiburon 4cyl..Need to locate intake air sens

It is the sensor on the middle of air inlket manifold. but there is two sensor built to one. as I remember it was 6 or 8 wires connected. I have the rigin drawing of you like I can send you it by mail. but I recomand you not to connect this chip. I have tried severral types and the difference is very little and chance for distroying cabelsensor and get check engine light comeing all the time. If you need a chip you could try the Volo Performance chip VP 12 or you must talk with Seoulfast racing about changeing or update the ECU on your car.

Good Luck

Clogged air filter possibly. intake manifold has strong suction so if filter clogged the high you rev the stronger the suction this would cause hose to collapse without air being able to flow through

I have a1990 toyotra 4x4 pickup replaced fuel line

Gas caps do fail. They need to vent under pressure and let in air to prevent your gas tank from collapsing. Try replacing first.

What causes air hose collapses and gets pinched off of 2002 mountaineer. around intake carb area

Collapsed hose indicate the pressure on one side is much lower than the other, in this case the intake or suction side is very strong and since the air its pulling into the engine is not sufficient i.e. both sides are not equal, the hose collapses. Most likely you have an air restriction in the hose someplace, could be a really badly clogged air filter, or an obstruction in the air intake at the front of the vehicle where the air intake scoop is. Check that line carefully you'll probably find something in there someplace.

Oil in the spark plugs

Check PVC system and make sure that the hoses going between air filter box and intake manifold are not collapsed. Make sure that there is not any oil build up in the intake system. If that checks out okay, then you may have issues with the oil control rings around the pistons either being worn or sticking. Hope This Helps.

Over the last couple of days there seems to have developed an issue with the engine. It seems to be down on power and will not freely rev over 2750rpm. When you put your foot down it takes forever to build...

Firstly, check the air filter and its piping, that there is not any restrictions. secondly, check, with the engine running, to see if any of the air intake hose are collapsing in on themselves, this would indicate a bad hose thats breaking inside and so , collapsing.
Hope this helps

I have a 307 d-turbo, when i switch the engine on and accelerate the main air feed pipe runnig accross the front of the engine collapses, starving the engine of air

Could just be a soft / collapsed hose but check the air filter and intake for blockage or just a really dirty air filter. It the engine struggles to draw air it will collapse hoses.

307 diesel air pipe collapses when engine runs

It sounds like the initial intake hose on a 90 bhp HDi engine, in which case you need to follow it and check for blockages, including inside the air box after removal of the air filter.
