SOURCE: 2001 chevy malibu- when car starts cooling fans do not come on but then do

your coolant temp sensor on the engine block is probably faulty, however, keep in mind that if it really isn't all that hot outside they may not need to turn on. Once you activate the A/C the fans come on automatically since they have to cool the condensor...

If your car is not overheating do not worry about it.

2001 Chevy Malibu hesitates after warming up? It seem more like a jerk or hestitation. When I release the gas, then press again it fine

The hesitation could be caused by your auto transmission. I'd check the fluid level first and smell it for a (strong) burnt odor. The fluid's color should be a sort of transparant reddish color. if the fluid is dark or brown, then there's a good chance of a severe tranny problem.
However, a fluid & filter change could also fix the problem.

Jerks and looses power on hills and flat land no engine light comes on what can be wrong?

When you said it feels like its not getting enough gas, you may be right.
Since you have replaced the fuel filter, and you are not getting a check engine light, my suggestion would be to check fuel pressure with a gauge. The fuel pump may be weak.

I Have a 2001 chevy vent. with 3400 Has a weird miss when down shifting up hill. van jerks back and forth when you ease off stops, hit the gas and jerks back and fourth. Did a tune up with ac delco plugs,...

Have you considered that all you had to do, was replace the EGR Valve,
and make sure you got no ignition misfires or vacuum leaks?

Everything you did was unnecessary, and would not be part
of any diagnostic testing, witch you couldn't have done.

Wishing,Hoping,Pushing and Poking,that procedure brings
in 2.3 Billon Dollars, of unnecessary wasted parts each year!

Why is my 2001 malibu sometimes hesitant when going up a hill or picking up speed?

The problem you describe can be caused by many areas of the car. First places to check would be clogged fuel injector, clogged fuel filter or even a dirty air cleaner filter.

My 2003 Chevy Malibu suddenly lost power climbing a hill. The engine light started flashing. I was able to drive it home at 30 mph.

Could either be the ignition system - ie, coil packs, fuel filter, fuel pump, or bad gas. Was it sputtering?

Loss of power going up hill

fuel pump is bad. they are under extented warranty from ford. take to dealer and "insist" they change it. there is service bulletin on this, but dealers often play "dumb".
