The theftlock system is most likely locking you out of the radio. you need the numbers off the radio the call into a gm dealership with those numbers and they can give you the procedure and sequence to unlock your radio

if this is a factory radio, then you can go to dealership, to get unlock code for your radio. i think you may need the vin number.

first thing to do is to check your fuel pump relay under the hood in the fuse block. the underside of the cover should have a diagram of which relay it it although i believe it is number 16 or 18. if its not the relay it could be something as simple as a clogged fuel filter or faulty fuel sending unit to something more major such as a bad fuel pump. try the relay and go from there. hope this helps
