Check the lamp sockets and housings for water, it sounds like you have a short circuit between the park and signal lamps, I would suspect it is in one of the right hand side lights, remove the bulbs and clean out the sockets, check for corrosion inside the socket, especially at the base where the bulb get ist power. Check the condition of the wires, look for exopsed wires.

I had a similar problem with my 2002 Taurus. I removed the dash and pulled out the display behind the steering wheel. I reseated all the light bulbs behind the display. Everything has worked fine since. You will find more info on how to do this if you search the internet.
