It is a vacuum hose that is disconnected. if you can find the hoses under the dash you can see what is disconnected. You can also purchase a Haynes Manual and that will help diagnose any problem, or spend a little $ and have a pro look at it. It wouldn't be that expensive, since it's a simple fix.
