Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

SOURCE: ESP / ARS fault with Peugeot 207
Nobody can give that...at best, a Guesstimate...but they will need to do some testing, Diagnosis...they charge by the hour, are good at what they do, and if they are real good, will be ASE Certified Mechanics...ask around, for good references...I don't know where you live, but in North Portland, (Oregon), there is a small shop on Interstate Ave., that works on them...good luck...

No ideas here iam afraid without my head under the bonnet, these cars do not normally cause problems with the immobilisor unlike my unfavourite car the renault .Forget the spanner light as this is only a reminder to service the cehicle and can be put out by holding button A on the dash panel and turning the ignition on ect but the engine light is the clue here and a reads of the codes will give the fault unlike my unfavourite make which my code reader cannot connect too and often thjrows the immobilisor on when i connect to the OBDII ..
