It sounds to me like your brake on that wheel is sticking. Either the e brake isn't releasing properly or there is something else broken ion there. You need to have this looked at right away before your truck catches fire. Brakes getting too hot will do that. If you are not knowledgeable about brake systems take it to a shop.
