1999 Honda accord tape player problem

I have a 1999 honda accord and i use the tape player to listen to my xm radio. Recently when i try to listen to it, the tape keeps alternating forwards and backwards. It does this four times the spits the tape back out. When this use to happen it would ocassionally start to work again. but recently i have not been getting the same sucess. I tried using a diffrent tape adapter but to no avail. Is my tape place dying or is there a simple way to fix this. Please Help!

SOURCE: 1998 Honda Accord transmission problem

This transmission have shift solenoids that are mounted on the outside in my personal experience I have rectified shift problem with these transmissions by simply change a solenoid or two. My recommendation is to put this vehicle on a code scanner and find out what is at fault first. If its a solenoid just replace, they are a dealer only part and that should take care of your problem. Good Luck and thanks for using FIX YA

SOURCE: 96 Honda Accord D (Drive) light is flashing!

Try checking transmission oil, top it off or have it changed. If still not fixed go to autozone or similar and have them hook it up to a machine that will diagnose problems to make sure it isn't just a faulty sensor or something. It is transmission related so don't just let it go.

My 2008 honda accord xm radio stopped working.

If it is a built in system, which is sounds like it is. Your XM receiver is not functioning correctly. I believe a replacement XM receiver is covered under your warranty if you have one with your Honda dealership.

Hello! Pull the radio...There is a connector with the following speaker wire colors...

Front driver door + Red/Green
Front driver door - Brown/Black
Front pass. door +Blue/Green
Front pass. door -Gray/Black

Left rear+ Blue/Yellow
Left rear - Gray/White
Right rear + Red/Yellow

If the vehicle is an EX the left and right Tweeter's are the same as the Front drivers/Passenger door speakers and merely connect to them...
