SOURCE: I am trying to adjust

thermometers are not adjustable on these mirrors. If the temperature reading is off, the vial is depleating from age. Replacing the mirror with a new one is the only option if one can be found these days

4.6l engine. What is firing order?

Found this firing order.
As far as the sensor, you talking about 02 sensor? Bank one has the number 1 cylinder, bank 2 is the other bank, sensor 1 is the first sensor you come to, in the exhaust.

Here is the firing order for the 460 engine and if that is not the right engine then the firing order will be 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8 and the #1 position on the distributor cap is in the same position.

Need firing order diagram.. wont start

remove the dizzy cap, crank motor over to find out the rotation of the rotor. Remove the no.1 spark plug and bring no.1 piston up to top dead centre on compression stroke, mark side of dizzy body where the end of the rotor points to, replace dizzy cap and see which lead it lines up with.
that will be your no.1 lead, find the firing order and put the leads back on the dizzy cap in the direction of the rotors rotation, run those leads to the corresponding plugs and it should start.
