Question about Toyota Camry
Usually if the fuel pump goes it goes but it is possible that it may be overheating ,wait about i would say 1 hour after car shuts down and try to start it again and if again it stalls out then with out a dought it is a problem with your fuel pump,if you do have to replace your pump your best bet is to purchase one at your local scrap yard you will save about 150 dollars and sometimes they work just as good as a new one and the are tested, now another way to tell if it is your fuel pump, after it dies out turn you key forward not all the way but just far enought so you can hear your fuel pump if you hear a winding sound your fuel pump is ok but if you hear nothing then it is shot. Good Luck
