Remove the center console compartment you should see several screws, remove them, follow the console molding and see if there are any more screws, be careful and don't force it. You should be able to remove the console and retrieve the money.

I have a 1991 honda accord lx, i replaced the clutch and matser slave, as well as the brake booster and master on that also.. the brakes will pump up but if it sits they go straight to the floor any help

ok back to basics ,,,, there is a flexible brake hose at each wheel ,,,, clamp these off using a proper brake hose clamp ,( vise grips can damage the hose if too tight ) then u should have a rock hard brake pedal ,,, if master cyclinder is ok ,, release them one at a time and whichever one causes the drop to the floor is the area where the fault is ,,, then you strip that one and find the problem ,,,, but you need to be sure that the fault isnt caused by air in the system so i would bleed whichever clamp area which causes most pedal drop when unclamped

Oil leaking from rear drivers side brake drum

If it's oil, your axle seal is leaking, and will need to be replaced. That will involve taking the rear diff apart. If it is brake fluid, you just have a leaky wheel cyllinder. Determine for sure which it is before you start spending money.

I am trying to replace the disk brakes on a 2002 grand Cherokee need to replace pads and rotors, but can't get the calipers off. Is their a special tool to get the pins out?

You don't really have to remove the caliper pins to replace the pads or rotors. If you look on the inside of the caliper,you will see two large bolts, I think they take an 18mm socket or wrench. Remove them,then using a large screwdriver, pry the pads apart. The caliper should now drop down. Be careful not to hang them from the brake lines, set them on something. You should now be able to remove the pads and rotors.

Brake pad replacement. My brakes are making a squeeking sound as I drive. Sounds like rotor or brake pad problem.

91 Buick Park Avenue front left caliper slow to release. Replaced caliper and have same problem. After running a few miles and jacking up front end the whell cannot be turned by hand on left side. Right...

The caliper is probably rusty inside, and is stucked. Take it apart and clean it. You may need new rubber seal as well. This will save you money over buying a new one.

Photograph everything and find exactly what came apart. Likely the brake hose was torn out when it came apart so that's secondary damage. When replacing a bearing hub, it's necessary to remove brake assembly and are working in the area where you have the problem but without seeing exacacly what happened, I can't think of anything further to tell you. Get an outside opinion on the cause from someone who can actually look it over.
Glad that did not happen while going down the road!!

2000 gmc both rear tire oil leakage.

You are correct, it's not brake fluid. Check the level in your rear axle, it sounds like you have bad seals in the axles allowing the rear differential gear oil to leak inside the brake drums.
This is a heavy weight oil, 80 or 90 weight. This leakage will ruin your brake pads, and if enough leaks out, your rear differential will blow. The seals aren't expensive, but it's a lot of labor to pull everything apart to get at the seals, plus new rear brakes. My Ford ( and I'm sure your GMC) require removal of the rear axles to change the seals. Good Luck! countrycurt0
