Since it can't be engine or transmission oil, the thing I would check for first is to see if it is leaking under the dash from the oil in the air conditioning unit. You might check to see if that system is cooling properly.

1995 saturn! new water pump, and coolant. Changed alternator, and battery, changed oil, oil filter. noticed oily substance in overflow container. did a radiator flush, still has red, rusty color somet

Coolant is oil based. The oily mess in the overflow could be very old coolant. Or it could be engine oil from a leaking head gasket.
The rusty stuff on the floor inside the car could be from a leaking heater core.

I have a 1992 Honda Accord and whenever it rains, water leak through the speaker on the passenger side door and make a big puddle on the floor. Also the water leaks into a hole in the floor by the ECU

Not comming from the speaker! Make sure that the rubber door trim aound the door is intact and not damaged. Additionally, check the rubber seal on the outside of the window where it retracts into the door. These are the only 2 ways that water can enter through the passenger door.

I have a 97 grand prix. When it rains water leaks in the front passenger floor board. My a/c doesn't work. When coolent was poured into it it also leaked all in the floor.

your heater core is leaking, that would explain the antifreeze on the passenger floor-as for it leaking there when it rains, there is a piece of molding that sometimes move out of place, it is under the hood on the passenger side, below the vent plate (remove the wiper blade arms, the plate for access)-the ac not working? that could be as simple as low freon, or as bad as multiple leaks, comtaminated system, electrical issues-do you mean the blower motor, because with all that moisture stuff you have going on there I wouldn't be surprised if the blower motor has electrical issues due to the flooding.

The MOST IMPORTANT THING is to fix or bypass the heater core, or you will end up needing an engine if it overheats.

My passenger side floor is saturated with water when it rains. When I make right turn I hear what seems like water sloshing.

Hello,
If you can smell a little bit of a sweet smell from the water on the passenger side floor, or if it has an oily film to it, you may have a leaking heater core.

They usually leak on the passenger side floor, and that might explain why you hear water sloshing around.

If you can run the engine for about 5 minutes and then turn your heater on. Look under the dash in the area where the dash meets the floor board and see if you can see anything leaking.

I hope this helps you.

When you go thru the car wash you get water on the floor of the right side.

My guess is either you have a passenger door weather seal leaking, or your cabin air inlet(just above your hood below your windshield on the passenger side) is allowing water to leak through. The later is the more likely. The door seal is pretty easy to visually check but the other is much more difficult. The one thing i can think of, is try to poor some water down the windshield on the passenger side, and see if it soaks the floor. I know this is only making the problem worse. but it will help you figure out where the water is getting through from the outside. That should help you figure out how its getting through and hopefully allow you some solution. hope this helps
