Turn signals, brake lights, reverse lights all blinking when turn signal is activated

The right tail light assembly is not grounding the chassis. Pull the access panel off and look for the ground points from the wiring harness and the assembly. Undo the nuts a bit and tighten them again. That should restore the ground and clear the problem.

I am not getting power to my turn signals. I replaced the relay that sits behind the switch in the steering column. I wasn't sure what else it could be

check to see if the relay is activating when you activate the turn signal lever, you should be able to see, hear or check it electrically, you need to see whether the relay is getting power, both to activate the relay and also to feed to your signals, maybe just the 'blinker'?

Hazards activated by turn signal. when I use my turn signal it activates the hazard lights

There are two things that can cause this type of problem, the flasher or the signal switch, i would replace the flasher first this may be the problem. i've had some that had just a bad flasher and others that needed the switch, the flasher is cheap and easy to replace so try that first.

Rear turn signal and hazard light don't flash (left side only)

The rear left turn signal bulb must be replaced immediatly before it melts the light socket, if it has'nt yet. Also please verify that the correct light bulb is being installed. because even though many bulbs look the same they are not identical. Installing the wrong bulb can be the begining of many, many problems in the particular circuit

No turn signals

Have you tried replacing the flasher? They're typically round, and with the fuses under/in the dash. They probably cost 10-15 bucks, usually available at your local autoparts store.
