Can I use jb weld to repair a crack in my water pump housing 06 mustang

You really cant do that because the coolant becomes pressurized when it is heated. You will have to replace the housing or get a specialized welding shop to fix it.

I have a toyota avalon 1998 and I have a crack in the plastic part on top of the raditor can i just replace the p;astic top or do i have to replace the radiator

These day its cheaper to simply change the rad and always verified the reason of the crack tank simply old age ,bad thermostat fan doesnt start engine overheat to mush pressure in the engine and the weak parts break first

I have a 2000 olds intrigue i just got in my car and every time i crank it loses power then the dials go crazy and for a minute or two then the power comes back on.

usually dials going crazy indicates low battery and/or failing alternator. Make sure they are 100 working before making a lot of other fixes.

Cracked heads

They are telling you that the cracked head may have damaged the engine. You can replace engine with a 50K engine from Japan through the internet supplier.

1989 jeep cherokee when I accelerate the jeep is bucking/stuttering. And or misfiring while it jerks I'm pretty sure alot of the parts are good including the CPs tps cap wires o2 sensor, it is a 5 speed...

I would start with the spark plugs. Take out and inspect. I would also check all your filters. Fuel, air. This vehicle is 24 years old, so you may want to inspect all your vacuum lines. They will become cracked and brittle , hard and broken. There is a lot of "stuff" that operates with vacuum and if the vacuum system is interrupted or lost, many things go wrong. I wouldn't worry about the control module till the basic things are checked. You gave a list of things that you think are ok, but I would recommend you check them anyway .If this Jeep still has the original fuel pump, then it also has the original fuel pump strainer on it, which is 24 years old.

you have a leak, fill it with water and look for where the leak is coming from you may get lucky and find it is coming from a hose and hopefully not your radiator thats more expencive to replace and you will need professional help.

My 2002 pontiac montana is making a knocking noise. I thought maybe it might have something to do with the oil but i really don't know? can u help me. you can here it when u start driving and sometimes...

Knocking can be a symptom of worn engine bearings, a worn wristpin on a piston or piston "slap" Engine bearing problems cause low oil pressure and are serious. Lifters can also become noisy from an internal malfunction or wear, sometimes they can become noisy with low oil pressure which is related to either bearing problems or an obstructed oil pump screen. Servicing the lifters in that case will not fix the problem.
One other cause of knocking is a cracked flywheel (cracks usually are between crankshaft bolt holes and require trans removal to actually see the damage)
Diagnosis begins with removal of the oil pressure sending unit replacing it with a mechanical gauge so actual oil pressure can be determined. This, along with the ear of an experienced technician will make the diagnosis complete. Obviously, the repair depends upon the tech's findings.

No, there really isn't. You will need to rebuild or replace the transmission. Really, Volvos are great cars from a safety standpoint, but not always the best from a reliabilty standard. By the time a car is 10 or 12 years old, it is usually better to cut your losses as it will become a money pit.
