on my 1998 Deville its located in the trunk. the panel thats is butted up to the back of the rear seat. look for some black nuts around the top of rim of the trunk, they are about 1'' long, these have to be removed first... good luck.....

MAKE SURE YOU DID REPLACE FUEL PUMP WITH NEW SOCK.THE OLD PUMP SOCK IN THE TANK STOPPED UP.CHECK FUEL PUMP FUSE AND RELAY.

Hi Tim, take the line off to the efi,turn on an see if your getting gas to it if so your efi relay has prob quit working, also there has to be a certain amount of pressure from the fuel pump if not it will not be enough gaqs , also check to make sure you put the filter on the right way, it should haqve an arrow as to the way of flow for the filter to face, (commonly made mistake is putting the filter on backwards, hope this helps!!
