My honda sounds like it needs to shift again and the heat gauge never raises

Could be a faulty thermostat or a faulty temp sensor.
As long as the computer sees the engine temp is cold it will restrict power to protect the engine.
You would need to know if the engine is getting up to normal temp.
The engine can be "cold" and still produce some heat thru the heater.

I press the switch to raise the window, the window will raise a few inches then stop but as soon as I release the button the window automatically lowers on its own, creepy. Not sure what to fix

Sounds like your switches in your door need to be replaced,, most pry out easy and then unplug.
other than that, i would say perhps a relay is messed up. If you are not talking about the "drivers door" then you still could have a problem with the switches in the drivers door because "all"the windows are routed threw the drivers door switch pannel.. good luck! OH ya, most junk yards should have a cheep replacement....

Your front brakes are at their limit most likely.

If they dont catch first the rear of the car will squat down.

You may check to see if your car has a dynamic proportioning valve for the front to rear brake bias as well.

Oh...and if it doesnt have adjustable bias....perhaps a front brake line has been pinched. which would do the same thing as raising the rear brake bias.

Does your car seem to take longer to stop? Do you have black dust all over the front wheels? Have you been bahaing over rocks or concrete parking barriers? Or even just run aground on one?

I would say start with the front brakes. Oh and make sure if you have disc brakes front and rear to use the same style pads! Better stopping power in the rear is also a brake biasing condition.

Good luck and be safe!

Hard to start by sub zero temp

oh oh oh, thats why father christmas uses a horse,,,
dieal engines dont get very good starting when its realy cold,,,
the heater light may go out but are they getting realy hot???? if not it wont start very well, my trick is give it twice the heat turn the kye to pre heat when the light go's out very quikly turn it off and back to pre heat again,,, when you have dont this the second time start her up,,,
now watch her go??? the heater relay should hold the heaters on for a minuet or so even though the light has gone out, so your could be fulty and it turning them off to soon, and a biseal with out heat is a dead duck if its cold,,,do as i all ways do if its cold,,,,twice the heat then start her up, it takes far less out of the battery that cranking up twice

Oil pan removal on 1993 Chevy Lumina Car. 3.1L. I already have the front motor mount and trans mount out of car as well as the timing chain cover front yolk. Oh and the two dog bone mounts also. Can't...

Took the car out into my back field and smoked it.It was getting to be such a head ache and I couldn't take it anymore so I lit it on fire and watched it burn to the ground.
