Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Warning light on dashboard

have your charging system and battery tested. GEN stands for generator which you really don't have, you have an alternator...engineers are too busy changing stuff we don't need to change GEN to ALT!!!!
Good luck!!!

Where can i find a fuse panal diagram for a 1997 jeep cherokee sport

generally found on the underside of "fusebox" cover. i don't know whether you mean the junction block. (which is located just aft of the battery). or the fuse block which i think is on the edge of the dashboard where the driver's door touches the dash. (if you don't know where to look you'll often times overlook it) hope this helps

Why did my abs light come on and then went off in my dashboard?

it could mean that your abs pump is going out, or abs sensor is faulty. It could mean nothing. I know on my 2001 bmw 325i it does the same thing and ive seen time and time again people asking why and it just does it for no reason. EVEN BMW CANNOT FIGURE THIS ONE OUT. Get it tested anyways to make sure, cause when your brakes go out cause of the ABS pump, you will know it.........

Red light on dashboard - jeep cherokee 2002

It is for the security system, usually means that something is wrong with the system. Like when you activate it, it isn't acutally working or something like that.

Your owners manual in the glove compartment should also tell you the general meaning of each light on the dash.
