Gear shifter will not move from park

Check and see if you have brake lights. If not replace the brake switch down by the brake pedal arm. If you do have lights, then you need to check wires first, then replace the shifter. Most solenoids in the shifter can't be replaced with out replace the whole shifter.

bad U-joints top that list (repeat)
bad axle bearings.
brakes bad, there. or the warning devices there for early brake warn.
bad 3rd member, gear sets or bearings in same or pinion.

Right passenger brake light doesn't work but parking light and turn signal does. Is the bulb bad?

Most likely yes, most bulbs that are used for both the brake light and turn light have 2 separate filaments in them basically making 2 bulbs into one, to which frequently one of those filaments will burn out but the other will still work. The replacement bulb type will be in your owners manual, or you could just take out the bulb and read the number off of it.
