SOURCE: radio displays error 7

either the player cannot play the cd (usually happens with computer copied cd's) or you should try any kind of original audio cd that is not copied form a computer and if the problem persist, then take the radio to get checked while it;s still under warranty.

SOURCE: 1989 mercedes 190e blower motor and vents not working properly

Probably two separate problems.
For the blower motor, it may be that the bearings are getting old and so the motor is getting harder to turn and overheating. A way to check is to take the motor out (it will be tucked in behind the glovebox. Pour a tablespoon of motor oil into the vents next to the shaft and work it back and forth to loosen it up. Then put the motor back in and try it. If I'm right, the motor will work normally again. However, this is only temporary--once the oil gets worn off the bearings in a while it will start quitting again. You should order a replacement before it blows your resistor block or (in the worst case) starts a fire. You can get them online, like from autopartswarehouse.com

SOURCE: when I turn on the radio it plays for a couple

That radio is easily removable. check power at the power connections and if they are good, either replace with a new aftermarket unit of your choice (also buy adapter harness and face plate adapter to help with the install) or, get a used radio from any scrapyard.
If you need removal instructions, you can get that in any haynes or chilton manual. (and, you can use the manual to repair other problems as well!!)

Testimonial: "the radio seems to stay on but it wont play through the speakers. there is no sound. it might come on for a few seconds but turns itself down."

My battery light has been coming on and off for a couple of weeks now and saying "Service Battery Charging System".

Have your charging system tested. The battery light is turned on when there is a charging system problem causing an over/under charge condition. You may possibly have an alternator problem. If the battery is not being charged properly, the computer will start shutting down electrical components for protection and to keep enough voltage supply to enable the vehicle to continue running

What is the clicking noise come from the relay fuse box with e the motor off and the key out

It could be a couple of things. Try finding out which relay is clicking by touching the top of each relay. You'll be able to feel the click. The lid to the fuse box should have a diagram of what each relay controls. If the fuse box doesn't have the information, your car's manual will have it. In the back, look for "Fuse."

The radio display in my 2005 mercedes benz e320 is displaying the screen images 3 times side by side.

Best advice is to buy an aftermarket radio. The cost to repair the factory radio will be double or triple what you will spend to buy a nice Sony, Kenwood, JVC or Pioneer radio with the latest technology. Been there, done that.

is it an after market radio? if so it might not have enough power so it goes to pull power when its turned up and its not there so it just shuts off. try checking your radio wires and your fuse.

Reset oil change indicator 2008 mercedes benz E350

With the key in position 1, hit the odometer reset button on the left on the cluster 3 times in a row. The cluster should beep once. scroll through the multifunction display with the page buttons until the display shows the onboard voltage screen. It will say something like "UB: 12.2 V" scroll threw this menu with with the up/down until you reach the "service menu" page. scroll down to "confirmation" press +, confirm full service with +. Wait till it says service confirmed. cycle the key off and then back on to position 2. Scroll to the normal service menu where it normally says how many days or miles till next service. If the service was reset correctly, it will say "service display not possible" for a few minutes while it recalculates. You must cycle the key off and back on before it will back out of the onboard diagnostic mode. If you dont back out, the esp/abs/bas lights will illuminate when the car is started
