Take the door panel off of the rear and you will have to push the window back up and for now put a pair of vice grips on the window chanel to hold window up till you buy a window regulator motor .. that is what it is going to take... thanks jerry and holler if you need more...

Where is the keyless remote receiver located in my 99 Buick Regal located

Your receiver is located in the trunk, On the passenger side. If you look at the speaker on the passenger side, about 4 inches back or 7: o clock mounted on the same panel that the speakers are mounted to is you receiver. A small square box like 2X2 with wires running tword the passenger side. If you see the bundle of wires attached to the trunk hinge and follow the only set running to the driver side is it.

There is one fusebox behind a panel on the outside of the passenger side dash (must have door open). The main fuse box is in the engine compartment behind the battery.

U need to clear the AC condensation drain, crawl under the car on the passenger side and near the base of the engine firewall u will find a drain pipe, (about 3/4") clear t and the water will stop going on the passenger floor.

passenger side under car near passenger front wheel behind a plastic splash shield. just bend it out of the way. When finished , put it back or it will rub on the tire.
